USA SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2 business days.  Most orders ship the same or next day as you can see from our feedback.  Almost all items ship Fed Ex Ground.  Some very small or light items MAY ship USPS Priority Mail.  Items that are too large, heavy or fragile for Fed Ex Ground will be shipped via truck freight to a work address or local trucking terminal in your area for dock pick up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Posted shipping prices are for the continental US.  HI, PR, AK and international shipping will be additional.  Please DO NOT bid until you get a shipping quote from us.  We cannot ship oversized or truck freight items internationally.  We ONLY ship USPS to Canada.  They no longer offer ground or parcel shipping to Canada, so PLEASE get a quote before bidding.   Feel free to call and discuss other options.  We cannot track your package once it leaves the United States.  Please be patient as customs can take some time on occasion.  We can always provide tracking/proof of shipment, but it only shows the status until it reaches the border.

Shipping charges are not negotiable.  Our shipping prices also include packing materials, labor and other costs incurred selling on ebay.  Some items have the cost of the part lowered and shipping raised to save on ebay fees.  Please do not bid if you disagree with the overall price of the item with shipping.  Thank you for understanding this and not leaving a lower score for the shipping aspect of our service.  Please take into account all of the above.

COMBINED SHIPPING

YES, we will combine shipping where possible.  Due to the wide variety of our item sizes, shapes and integrity, we will combine shipping on an individual basis when possible.  We will send a combined invoice shortly after you place the order or email us for a quote before bidding.  We are very reasonable on combined shipping.  We want you to buy more items and we want to continue to save you money.

When we can combine the items safely while remaining within weight and size limitations, you will pay the highest shipping cost of all your items and add $3 for each additional item. If Items cannot be shipped together safely, shipping charges for both items will be due in full. 

ITEM DESCRIPTION

We are in the surplus business and receive many items of which we have no knowledge or familiarity. We try to describe the items as accurately as possible, but, because of our limited knowledge, there could be important information about the item that is not listed. Please do not assume we know what the item is or does. Only the item(s) described in this auction are included. Cables, power cords, power adapters, batteries, manuals, software (installed or not), SIM cards, or any other part that may be important to the operation of the item will only be included if listed as such in the description.

NO DOA WARRANTY

(If Offered) "No Dead on arrival" (DOA) - DOA is defined as a product that powered up and/or lights came on when powered up. If an item powers up it is not DOA. It is likely no further testing was performed; no warranty other than power on is implied. Some products may have cosmetic imperfections such as inventory stickers, scratches, dents, cracks and discoloration due to normal wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover such imperfections. Our warranty does not cover items returned due to user error, inappropriate use, software or driver related issues, or "buyer's remorse." Having the item repaired or altered by yourself or a third party renders any warranty null and void. Many items we sell are shipped with a security sticker. Breaking or otherwise tampering with this quality seal will render any offered warranty null and void. Where possible, warranty items will be repaired or replaced. Refunds will only be offered if a replacement for the item is not available. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable. DOA warranty does not cover shipping damage or shipping insurance. Seller is not responsible for uninsured DOA items.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All parts carry a 90 day warranty which we will replace the part for free that was originally purchased. Morad Parts Company shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if Morad Parts Company or a Morad Parts Company authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Morad Parts Company makes no warranty, as to the performance of any merchandise sold. Morad Parts Company is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or any other damages. This disclaimer by Morad Parts Company in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
