MPC Policies

USA SHIPPING
All orders ship within 2 business days. Most orders ship the same or next day. Almost all items ship Fed Ex Ground in the US. Some very small or light items MAY ship USPS Priority Mail. Items that are too large, heavy or fragile for Fed Ex Ground will be shipped via truck freight to a work address or local trucking terminal in your area for dock pick up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Posted shipping prices are for the continental US. HI, PR, AK and international shipping will be additional. Please DO NOT bid until you get a shipping quote from us. We typically cannot ship oversized or truck freight items internationally, please call if your item falls into that category. We ONLY ship USPS priority mail to Canada. Please be patient as customs can take some time occasionally. We can always provide tracking/proof of shipment, but it only shows the status until it reaches the border.

Our shipping prices also include packing materials, labor and other incurred costs to get you the parts you need. Thank you for understanding this.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
For orders that are very large or heavy, we will ship truck freight. Truck freight is shipped on a daily basis and we have negotiated very affordable rates that we pass along to the customer. We can ship to a business address with a truck dock (or fork lift) or to a local trucking terminal in your area (which we will provide) for you to pick up. Residential shipping via truck freight can be quoted, but typically much more expensive than the above options.

COMBINED SHIPPING
YES, we will combine shipping where possible. Due to the wide variety of parts size, shapes and integrity, we will combine shipping on an individual basis. We will combine shipping when we can safely do so while staying within size and weight requirements. We are very reasonable on combined shipping. We want you to buy more items and we want to continue to save you money.

OHIO SALES TAX
Ohio residents must add 7.75% sales tax to all orders, both online and picking up.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All used parts come with a 90 day parts replacement warranty unless otherwise stated. Labor and return shipping not included under any circumstance. There are no refunds unless we cannot replace the defective item once received and proven faulty. If you have a problem, please email or call 216-671-3736 right away and we will get the issue resolved for you in a timely manner.

Warranties on all parts, including engines and transmissions, will be void if altered from the state in which we provided the part. That includes installing a cam into an engine or a differential into a transmission. This also includes replacing intake gaskets before installing. We know intake gaskets are a problem from GM, but it is also a known problem to have the work done and the motor not make it a few hundred miles. Shops blame the motor every time. Install the motor as it is sent and it is warrantied for 90 days. After then, feel free to change gaskets to preserve the motors life if you see fit. We ask this so you KNOW we sent a quality motor and come back to us in the future. If you decide to modify or upgrade a part we send you, please make sure you are pleased with its condition before modifying as the warranty will be void upon taking apart.

We realize many of our customers come from the aftermarket community. To coincide with the above policy, we DO NOT warranty motors that have problems due to chipped pistons. Many of the powerplants we sell are from boosted applications (L67/L32/LSJ) and if there is a problem due to a piston chipping, it is not from a defect in the motor, it is from a problem with the cars configuration (too much boost, timing or too aggressive pcm, low fuel pressure etc....) or another part on the car failing (fuel pump/filter etc...). All chipped piston occurrences are not warrantied, denied without exception.

When you buy a motor from us, you understand these policies. If we sell you an item that is faulty, we want to replace it for you to give you all you paid for. We cannot accept the liability of other variables or claims from people not willing to accept responsibility. We respect our customers and deserve the same in return.
